The Northern Planning Committee of Wiltshire Council followed the advice of its rights-of-way officer, urged on by various verbal representations from Purton in the Council Chamber on Wednesday, and agreed to forward all the relevant papers, concerning the order to make a new footpath from the top of Hoggs Lane to Upper Pavenhill, to the Secretary of State recommending that he confirm the order.
So, now we wait and see…
