Another development, another refusal.
Though, we should not be surprised if it comes back on Appeal as it has done on several occasions before. But, for now, it is good to see that the more obvious reasons for refusal such as outside the settlement boundary and not in the Neighbourhood Plan are sound and being deployed by the Wiltshire Council.
