Well, it did not take long for this one to come back. It was refused earlier in the year after a very stop and start process. The reasons then largely still apply though the applicant is asking for a couple of houses less. Not sure that makes much difference.
Anyway, the outline application is for 79 houses across the road from Moulden View.
