As you may recall early this year, the South Pavenhill Farm outline planning application was approved on appeal for 60 dwellings etc.
The new purchasers of the land, Lovell, is hosting an information event in the village hall from 1:30 to 6:30, on a drop-in basis, on Wednesday, 3 June.
Lovell is currently preparing a reserved matters planning application which is required to confirm the details of the scheme – its appearance, landscaping, layout and scale. Of course, the principle of developing the site for housing along with details regarding access have already been approved, so this would just be an opportunity to look at the detailed development proposals including the proposed house designs, engineering, landscaping, and site logistics.
