Here is the further detail that is with Wiltshire Council for approval. It is mostly plans and drawings – 99 of them. They can be found here. There are no real surprises, just more detail on 60 dwellings and associated works, including connections to Pavenhill and Ringsbury Close, the provision of publicly accessible open space, play areas, site layout and appearance, landscaping, and drainage. At this stage, from experience, it is hard to influence even though the T junction at the top of the hill is still mad, and the design is overtly urban in character.
