Last night the Northern Planning Committee, after representations at the meeting from myself, the Parish Council and our unitary councillor Jacqui Lay, agreed with its officer’s recommendation to refuse the application for 50 houses on Bradley’s Meadow in our parish.
This is a slight formality since the developer had already lodged an appeal though it helps when the appeal is heard if all parties have formally objected to the application.
The appeal is anticipated to be in March and letters will need to be written. Watch this space…
